What we collect

When you send us a request, ask for a visit or pay for something, we keep your name, phone number, email if you give one, and the details of what you asked for. When you browse the site we record which pages and searches were popular, tied to a random session code rather than to you.

Why we keep it

To reply to you, to find houses that match what you asked for, to confirm payments, and to understand which areas and price ranges people are looking for.

Who we share it with

We share your name and phone number with a landlord or caretaker only when you have asked us to arrange a visit or an introduction. We do not sell your details to anyone.

Payments

Payments are processed by mobile money and card providers. We store the reference, amount and status. We never see or store your PIN or full card number.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept while they are active and for a reasonable period afterwards so we can help if you come back. Ask us and we will delete your details.

Your choices

You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us and we will act on it.
